How does ExpressToll work in Colorado?
Once you drive on one of Colorado's tolling facilities, your tolls are automatically deducted from your account. When your account balance runs below your threshold, your credit card will automatically be charged to get your balance back to $35.
What is the difference between ExpressToll and Go-Pass in Colorado?
How is GO-PASS different from ExpressToll? With ExpressToll, you establish an account with a pre-paid balance and receive a tag for each vehicle on your account. Your tolls are deducted from your account balance when you drive the road. With GO-PASS, you don't need to pre-pay for any tolls.
How does the HOV lane work in Colorado?
You can use either a Switchable HOV Transponder or ExpressToll sticker pass. Simply switch your transponder to the green "TOLL" mode, enter the lane in the designated area, and you are on your way. If you choose not to use the transponder, you will be billed through a License Plate Toll.
