🇺🇸 The Ohio National Guard has a new recruitment incentive program, Bucks for Buckeyes, that allows any current or retired Ohio National Guard member or current state employee of the Ohio Adjutant General's Department to receive $2,000 for each recruit referral who enlists and reports for initial training.

Members of the National Guard are not required to complete NGB Form 22. But they will need to sign it when they're discharged. If you've lost your form (or you never received one), you'll need to contact the National Guard Adjutant's Office for your particular state.

Veterans or retirees separated from the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard before October 1, 2002 should submit a SF180 to the appropriate location (see chart above).

Your NGB 22 (National Guard Report of Separation and Record of Service) will be mailed to the home address you have listed in IPPS-A. Verify that your address is correct with your Unit Readiness NCO. Submit a military records request to get your DD214 or other military service records through the milConnect website.
