In 2022, Nick welcomed his eighth child with Selling Sunset's Bre Tiesi. On the show, Bre shared that her and Nick are currently in an open relationship and she seemed very happy with their current relationship and co-parenting status.

Bre has never brought Nick around on the popular Netflix reality show, but she has spoken about him often. She has sung nothing but his praises as both a father and a partner to her. While the pair aren't currently boyfriend and girlfriend, the two have managed to keep a nice relationship between them.

Tiesi said in a conversation with her "Selling Sunset" costars shown in season six that she wasn't quite "single," but would best describe her situation with Cannon as an "open relationship" where they each have freedom. "We just had a baby, we're really happy," Tiesi said.

Cannon first met model and real estate agent Bre Tiesi when she appeared on Wild 'n Out over 10 years ago. Since then, the two have shared an "on-and-off" relationship, according to Tiesi.
